Our Shipping Rocks, Here's Why...

All your products are individually packaged by Mariella and Lucy. 

We deliver Australia wide, our preference is to send your parcel via our direct couriers. In the event that you're remote, regional, ordering samples, PO Box or Parcel Locker then we'll use Australia Post.

Climate controlled storage. At the temperature that a fine wine should be stored.

All our parcels come with tracking service (except samples).

What are the delivery charges?

We offer flat rate shipping at $8.50 from our door to yours. It includes tracked and insured shipping, so you can see where your parcel is at every stop.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes! We can. With a standard rate of $15 for our mates across the ditch. We ship directly via courier so it goes from our door to yours.

How long does it take to process my order?

We’re processing orders daily but aim to have yours and out to you within 2 business days.

When can I expect my order?

Depending on your location, our courier can deliver between 2 to 5 business days. Unless you're in NZ which is a little bit longer.

My products are missing/damaged

Drats! That sucks, if you’re anything like us your face is stuck to the door waiting for your delivery.

We pack every order with absolute love and care but we know that mishaps can happen.

If your parcel arrives with missing or damaged products, drop us an email at admin@curlyhair.shop with a photo of the parcel and we’ll rectify.
